Damage, printing errors or the wrong item

Contact scn252@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs. Please get in touch promptly so we can raise the issue with the production partner. We review damaged, misprinted and incorrect items for a replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can explain the next step.

Choosing a size or changing your mind

Our pieces are made for each order. Please check the measurements and product details before purchasing. Except where applicable consumer law gives you a right to cancel or return, we do not offer discretionary returns simply for a change of mind or because the size you selected is unsuitable.

Cancellation requests

If you need to cancel an order, contact us promptly. Cancellation requests are considered before production begins. This does not affect any cancellation rights provided by applicable law.
