Shipping policy

Some things should be allowed to follow you home. A few practical details about the journey.

Made for the order

Old Heaven works with print-on-demand production partners. Making the item and carrying it to you are separate stages; timing varies by product, production partner and destination.

Destinations and shipping charges

Shipping availability and charges depend on the items in your order and the delivery address. Review the available options and shipping total at checkout before paying. International availability varies by item; a destination available for one piece may not be available for another.

Following your order

An order containing different pieces may arrive in separate parcels. Check your order confirmation and order-status page for the information available for your order.

If you need an item for a particular occasion, or have a question about its journey, write to scn252@gmail.com before ordering.
